St. Louis-Dispatch Loves 'Otherworldly' Mesquite Golf, Wolf Creek |

April 5, 2009--Mesquite, Nevada, is a golf destination that is the home of six Mesquite golf courses plus seven hotels. And recently, the St. Louis-Dispatch ran an article about this mini-golf mecca, labeling the story as such: "Otherworldly rounds in Mesquite." Most likely, the headlined was selected following a round at Wolf Creek Golf Club, one of the west's most notable and out-of-this-world golf experiences. "Word of mouth has spread not only about Mesquite in general but also about its crown jewel - Wolf Creek," wrote Dispatch reporter Ron Cobb. "The eight-year-old course, rated No. 25 on Golf Digest's list of America's best public golf courses, winds through an otherworldly series of pale dunes, creating something akin to a lunar landscape." |
